I find the thing that's getting in the way of progress.
The strategy might be sound. The people might be smart. The intention might be genuine. And yet something isn't moving. A decision keeps circling. A difficult conversation keeps being avoided. Different parts of the system are pulling in different directions. Everyone agrees, but nothing really changes.
That's where I come in.
I work with people and organisations navigating complex challenges to find what's actually getting in the way and create the conditions for something to move. I help them gain clarity in their thinking, their plans and the execution of their processes.
Sometimes the challenge is strategic. Sometimes it's relational. Often, it's both. I help people see what's really going on, challenge what has become taken for granted, and work out what needs to change for progress to become possible. I particularly love working with entrepreneurs, people in the creative economy and regenerative systems.
I'm based in Tirana, Albania and work with organisations around the world as well as here. Over my career I've had particular experience in India and Latin America and I speak both Hindi & Spanish. I'm working on my Albanian.
Strategy
Strategic work when the obvious answer isn't enough.
I work with organisations, leaders and ventures on strategic questions that don't have straightforward answers: shaping a new direction, challenging an existing strategy, navigating stakeholder complexity, developing propositions, or working out how commercial, social and regenerative ambitions can genuinely sit together.
The aim isn't simply a better idea. It's a clearer direction and a greater capacity to act.
Conversations
Better conversations don't happen by accident. I work with organisations to get the clarity they need to:
1) See the pattern and understand what is happening beneath the surface.
2) Design the conditions and work intentionally with the dynamics shaping the conversation.
3) Change what becomes possible by enabling better collective thinking, decisions and action.
The goal isn't a room full of people who agree. It's a room where something useful can happen.
Critical Friend
Sometimes you just need someone who will tell you the truth.
I work 1:1 with leaders and people developing something important who need an independent mind in the room.
I listen carefully. I ask the awkward question. I challenge assumptions. I join the dots. And I help you see the thing you may be too close to see yourself.
Supportive doesn't have to mean agreeable.
A few of the great organisations I've worked with.
